Cancelling your subscription
Cancel a paid plan from the dashboard via the Stripe Customer Portal. You can keep using the paid plan until the end of the current period; after that, your account reverts to Free.
How to cancel
- Open Plan / Billing in the dashboard.
- Click the "Manage Subscription" button on the Current Plan card.
- You'll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal.
- In the portal, choose "Cancel plan" and follow the confirmation screen.
- Once the cancellation is scheduled, the dashboard shows "Cancellation scheduled".
How long you can keep using it
You can continue using your current plan until the end of the period (just before the next renewal). No features are shut off mid-cycle.
- Current-plan credits remain usable until the period ends.
- After the period ends, your account automatically reverts to Free (100 credits granted monthly).
How credits are handled
- Credits granted before the period end remain usable through the end of the period.
- After the period ends, subscription credits expire, and no new subscription credits are granted.
- Credits from separately purchased credit packs remain valid for 180 days from the purchase date, regardless of cancellation.
Team plans
- After cancellation, the team organization itself is preserved but the plan is "frozen" (Free-equivalent).
- Team collaboration features (cloud-shared meeting notes, member invitations, etc.) become unavailable.
- To delete a team organization entirely, please contact support.
Undoing a cancellation
You can undo a scheduled cancellation any time before the period ends.
- Open Plan / Billing before the period ends.
- Click "Manage Subscription" to open the Customer Portal and undo the cancellation there.
- Your original plan continues.
Resubscribing
You can resubscribe any time after reverting to Free.
- On Plan / Billing, click "Upgrade" on the plan you want.
- Complete payment on the Stripe checkout page, and the paid plan takes effect immediately.

Refunds
Cancelling mid-cycle on a monthly plan does not issue a prorated refund. You continue to have the paid plan through the end of the period.
Notes
- Even after cancellation, your past invoices remain accessible and downloadable from the Customer Portal. See Downloading invoices.
- Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account. Your login and stored data are preserved.
