Upgrading your plan

When you want more monthly credits, you can upgrade to a higher plan any time from the dashboard.

How to upgrade

Personal plans (Free → Plus / Max, Plus → Max)

  1. Open Plan / Billing in the dashboard.
  2. Click "Upgrade" on the card of the plan you want to switch to.
  3. You'll be redirected to the Stripe Checkout page.
  4. Enter your payment details and complete the checkout. If a payment method is already on file, it completes in one click.
  5. The new plan takes effect immediately after payment.

Team plan

  1. From Plan / Billing in the dashboard, click "Upgrade" on the Team card.
  2. In the confirmation dialog, choose the number of seats (members).
  3. Proceed to Stripe Checkout and complete the payment.
  4. After payment, you can invite members from the Team dashboard.

When the change takes effect

Upgrades take effect immediately. You don't need to wait for the next renewal.

About proration

For personal plan upgrades (Plus, Max), the difference between your current plan and the new plan is charged immediately, prorated across the remaining period. Your next billing date stays aligned with your current subscription's renewal date.

For example, upgrading mid-month from Plus ($9) to Max ($200) charges only the prorated difference for the remaining days of the current period.

Extra credits on upgrade

The prorated amount you pay at upgrade is added to your current credit balance.

Notes

  • Your existing credit balance is preserved across the upgrade — the new credits are added on top.
  • Upgrading to the Team plan creates or selects a Team organization separate from your personal one.

Troubleshooting

  • Payment fails — Check your card's expiration date and available balance. See Updating your payment method if needed.
  • Credits don't appear — Wait a few minutes and reload the dashboard. If they still don't appear, contact us below.
