How to check your OS version

On macOS

  2. Select "About This Mac".
  3. Check the name and version shown under "macOS".

On Windows

  1. Press Windows key + R on your keyboard.
  2. Type "winver" in the Run dialog and press Enter.
  3. Confirm the version shown in the dialog.
