The IrukaDark Partner Program offers multiple ranks based on activity — referrals, sales, deployment support, and enterprise expansion. Compensation terms are determined individually based on sales performance, customer support, eligible plans, region, and contract type. Top-tier partners receive recurring rewards, co-marketing support, and joint enterprise proposal opportunities.
* Rank upgrades are determined by IrukaDark's review of partner activity (number of referrals, sales results, support quality, etc.) and may be adjusted at any time.
How the program works
Each partner receives a unique partner code. Once an end user enters this code in their IrukaDark account settings, that user's payments become eligible for partner rewards. End users may be individuals or businesses.

Partner code and eligible revenue
The following payments by referred end users are eligible for partner rewards:
- Subscription fees (monthly or annual Plus / Max / Team plans)
- Additional credit purchases (one-off credit top-ups outside the subscription are also eligible)
The applicable reward rate (Bronze ~20% / Silver ~30% / Gold & Platinum custom) is applied to the total of the above.
Example (Bronze rank, ~20%)
- 1 user on the Plus plan ($9/mo) → $9 × 20% = $1.80 per month
- 10,000 users on the Plus plan → $9 × 10,000 × 20% = $18,000 per month
- Team plan ($12/member/mo) for 1,000 members × 10 teams → $12 × 1,000 × 10 × 20% = $24,000 per month
- Plus $50 in additional credit purchases → $50 × 20% = $10 added to that month's reward

Activity formats
There are no specific restrictions on how the partner code is shared. Any of the following formats — or a combination — are allowed:
- Direct referrals to acquaintances, business contacts, or social media followers (verbal, text, email, etc.)
- Posting the partner code on your own website, blog, landing page, or newsletter (auto-application via links is also supported)
- Sharing the partner code during seminars, study sessions, or webinars
- Introducing the code to customers as part of AI deployment support, DX consulting, or internal training services
In all cases, please carry out activities within the bounds of applicable law and in accordance with the program's terms and guidelines.
Free plan handling
The partner code can be entered while the end user is on the Free plan. However, because Free is unpaid, no partner reward is earned during the Free period. If the user later upgrades to a paid plan (Plus / Max / Team), they automatically become eligible for partner rewards from that point on.
Enterprise plan handling
When a referred end user contracts an Enterprise plan, the contract amount, structure, and payment terms are negotiated individually. Accordingly, the partner reward terms (rate, payment timing, etc.) are also determined on a case-by-case basis.
Prohibited activity (self-referral)
Self-referrals — entering your own partner code on your own account to receive rewards for yourself — are prohibited. Applying your code to other accounts (including those owned by family members, separate accounts within the same legal entity, or separate legal entities operated by the same representative) is permitted. Violations may result in reward forfeiture, suspension or termination of partner status, and clawback of previously paid rewards.
Reward payment terms
The terms below apply to end users on Plus / Max / Team plans. For end users on Enterprise plans, payment terms are determined individually based on contract conditions.
- Payment schedule
- Rewards are finalized at the end of the month following the end user's payment, and the payout is processed on the 25th of the following month. The actual bank arrival depends on the external payment processor, but is expected to complete by the end of the payout month. Example: end user pays in January → reward finalized end of February → payout processed on March 25 → expected to arrive by end of March.
- Currency & FX
- Reward amounts are calculated in US dollars (USD), but payouts are made in Japanese yen (JPY). The USD-to-JPY conversion rate is determined by the external payment processor; we cannot control when the conversion occurs.
- Minimum payout
- ¥1,000. Rewards become payable once the accrued balance reaches ¥1,000. If the balance remains below ¥1,000 for 180 days after finalization, the unpaid amount is forfeited (a constraint under Japan's Payment Services Act).
- Transfer fee
- Bank transfer fees are deducted from the partner reward before the payout.
- Consumption tax
- Partner rewards are quoted exclusive of consumption tax. Partners registered as qualified invoice issuers under Japan's Invoice System receive an additional consumption tax amount on top of the base reward.
- Withholding tax
- IrukaDark does not withhold income tax. Recipients are responsible for their own tax filings as required.
- Payout account
- Payments are made to the Japanese bank account registered at the time of application. To change your payout account, please contact the partner support channel.

Screening
We review your application based on the information provided. We respond with the result by email.
Terms approval / Partner code issuance
No signature exchange is required. Once you pass the screening and accept the Partner Program Agreement, your participation is confirmed and a unique partner code is issued to you.
Start activities / Rank upgrades
Begin promoting using the partner code you've been issued. Earned rewards are paid according to the terms above. Partner rank is reviewed periodically based on your activity (referrals, results, support quality, etc.); higher ranks come with higher reward rates.

Partner Agreement
The detailed terms of this program are governed by a separate IrukaDark Partner Program Agreement. The full text is provided at the time of contract execution after passing the screening. In the event of any conflict between this page and the agreement, the agreement prevails.
