Downloading invoices
IrukaDark invoices and receipts are available to view and download as PDFs from the Stripe Customer Portal.
How to download
- Open Plan / Billing in the dashboard.
- Click the "Manage Billing" button in the Billing card at the bottom of the page.
- The Stripe Customer Portal opens in a new tab.
- In the "Invoice history" section, past invoices are listed in date order.
- Click "Download invoice" on each row to save the PDF.
What's on the invoice
IrukaDark invoices automatically include:
- Invoice date and invoice number
- Billed plan name and billing period
- Amount (tax-inclusive) and tax breakdown
- Billing information (company name, address, tax ID as configured in the Customer Portal)
- Payment method details (last 4 digits of the card, etc.)
Updating billing information
You can update the company name, address, and tax ID shown on future invoices from the Customer Portal.
- Open the Customer Portal.
- Click "Billing information" or "Update information".
- Enter your company name, address, and tax ID (VAT, invoice registration number, etc.) and save.
- Invoices issued after the change reflect the new information.
Past invoices cannot be edited. If you need a new invoice reissued with updated information, please contact support.
Qualified invoice (Japan)
To include a Japanese qualified invoice issuer registration number (T-number), enter it in the "Tax ID" field in the Customer Portal billing information.
Automatic delivery
Invoices issued at renewal and other billing events are sent automatically to your registered email address by Stripe. The same PDF can be downloaded from the link in the email.
Notes
- Even after cancelling a subscription, past invoices remain accessible from the Customer Portal.
- We recommend keeping your own backups of invoice PDFs for your records.
Troubleshooting
- "Manage Billing" button isn't visible — With no active paid plan, there are no invoices to show, and the button doesn't appear.
- No invoices appear in the portal — It can take a few minutes for a newly issued invoice to appear. Check back shortly.
- PDF won't open — This may be a browser PDF viewer issue. Try downloading and opening in a different PDF reader.
