How to use a coupon

You can apply a coupon by entering a promotion code on the Stripe checkout page when purchasing an IrukaDark paid plan.

Steps to apply

1. Go to Plan / Billing in the dashboard and select the plan you want to purchase.
2. Click the purchase button to proceed to the Stripe checkout page.
3. Click "Add promotion code" on the checkout page.

4. Enter your coupon code and press "Apply".
5. Confirm that the discount has been applied, then complete the checkout.

Notes

• Coupons can only be applied at the time of purchase. They cannot be applied retroactively.
• Only one coupon can be used per purchase.
• Coupons may have individual conditions such as expiration dates or eligible plans.
• If the conditions are not met, you will see "This code is invalid." In that case, please check for typos or expiration.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot apply the code even though you entered it correctly, please check the following:

• The code has no leading or trailing whitespace
• The uppercase/lowercase characters match
• The coupon has not expired
• You are purchasing an eligible plan
