The most popular feature — explain anything visible on your screen.
Select a Region
Press Option+S (macOS) or Alt+S (Windows). Your screen will dim and a crosshair cursor will appear.
Drag to Capture
Click and drag to select the area you want explained — a chart, error message, code snippet, or anything else.
Read the Explanation
IrukaDark instantly analyzes the captured region and displays a clear, concise explanation in a floating window.
Use Option+Shift+S for a deep dive explanation with more detail and context.
Text Explain
Select any text in any application and get an instant explanation.
- Highlight text in any app (browser, editor, PDF viewer, etc.)
- Press

Translate & Rewrite
IrukaDark supports 16 languages. Select text and use these shortcuts:

Clipboard Manager
Stack multiple copies, then paste them in sequence.

Cmd+Shift+V(macOS) orAlt+V(Windows) to open the Clipboard History Popup - Browse your copy history — up to 1000 text items and 30 images

Option+Shift+Vto open the Snippet Popup for saved phrases
AI Chat
IrukaDark includes a built-in chat with content generation:
