Deep Research
Type @deep in the chat followed by what you want to know, and the AI first proposes a research plan. Once started, it searches and reads on its own and delivers a report with cited sources.
How to Use
Send your question
Type @deep followed by what you want researched. Example: @deep Trends in the desktop AI market
Review the research plan
The AI presents a research plan card with a title, scope, and numbered steps. To revise the plan, just type your feedback in the chat box and it will redraft the plan.
Start the research
Press "Start research" on the plan card to begin.
Progress
While it runs, a progress card in the chat keeps you up to date in real time.
- Status: researching, writing the report, and so on
- Stats: number of searches, pages read, and elapsed time
- Sources: the sites being consulted
- Activity log: a collapsible timeline of searches, reads, and reasoning
The Report
When it finishes, press "Read report" to open the report in a separate window.
- A table of contents generated from the headings
- Copy as Markdown
- Save as a
.mdfile
Sources are listed with their domain and page title.
Models
Pick the model in the tray below the chat.

The research plan and the report are written in the language of your app's UI.
Deep Research consumes more credits than regular chat, and starting a run requires a sufficient credit balance. A run can take several minutes.
